Getting Started

As a new phase is introduced in RiverStone, we sell 50% of the lots to our selected group of builders. The remaining 50% are made available to the public. If you'd like to purchase a lot in RiverStone, you can achieve this in one of two ways:

1. purchase a lot from Lethbridge Land
2. design and build a home with one of our selected builders

Both streams have distinct advantages and both present some limitations. Explore your options and decide which best fits for you.
