Construction Beginning on Phases 18 & 19

Lethbridge Land is excited to announce the upcoming development of Phases 18 and 19 in the RiverStone community.

What to Expect
Initial rough grading across the site will begin in the coming weeks, preparing the land for future development. This will be followed by utility installation, surface grading, sidewalk construction, and roadwork for Phase 18A, which is anticipated to be completed by Fall 2025.

By late summer, visible progress will begin to take shape in Phase 18A, marking the first step toward expanding Riverstone’s west side. Construction of Phase 18B and Phase 19 will follow in subsequent years, with timelines to be announced at a later date.

Minimizing Disruption
All construction activities will follow the guidelines outlined in the City of Lethbridge Noise Bylaw #5270. The contractor will also implement dust control measures as needed, both within the active construction zones and along the designated haul road (highlighted in red on the attached map).

We appreciate the community’s patience and understanding as we continue to grow one of Lethbridge’s most desirable neighbourhoods.
